Empower Speed Squads are built for athletes serious about improving performance, developing speed, and training with intent. For ages 12+ years.

Our program includes structured squad training alongside individualised planning to support each athlete’s development across the full season.

• 2–3 squad training days per week

• Full online gym programming to develop strength, power, and performance

• Fully customised pre-season plan aligned to individual athlete goals

• Structured competition schedule mapped across the season

We focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, strength, and movement efficiency. Building speed that transfers directly into performance and their individual goals.

Squads are in Melbourne with Coach Fia and Brisbane with Coach Ebony.
