WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM?
We also provide home programs with the equipment you have access to. You can get a great workout in using just dumbbells!

DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes all meal plans are customised to the individual.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
We have an 8 week lock in contract however you can pause your payments if you are sick, injured or go away on holidays.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW TO DO THE EXERCISES?
In our app we provide sets, reps, tempo, rest period and a video demonstration of every exercise.

HOW LONG WILL MY STRENGTH PROGRAM GO FOR?
We program in 4 week blocks, with our 8 week lock in you will get 2 x 4 week programs.

DO I HAVE TO EAT THE SAME FOOD EVERY DAY?
You will get an updated customised meal plan weekly. You will also have access to our Nutrition Protocol Ebook.

HOW LONG ARE THE IN PERSON SESSIONS?
We have 30-minute, 45-minute and 1 hour session options for our face-to-face coaching.

DO YOU DO GROUP SESSIONS?
We provide 1:1 Private sessions, Small group and Large sporting group sessions with our Empower Speed & In Person strength training sessions.
