  • WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM?

    We also provide home programs with the equipment you have access to. You can get a great workout in using just dumbbells!

  • DO YOU PROVIDE MEAL PLANS FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

    Yes all meal plans are customised to the individual.

  • CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

    We have an 8 week lock in contract however you can pause your payments if you are sick, injured or go away on holidays.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW HOW TO DO THE EXERCISES?

    In our app we provide sets, reps, tempo, rest period and a video demonstration of every exercise.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY STRENGTH PROGRAM GO FOR?

    We program in 4 week blocks, with our 8 week lock in you will get 2 x 4 week programs.

  • DO I HAVE TO EAT THE SAME FOOD EVERY DAY?

    You will get an updated customised meal plan weekly. You will also have access to our Nutrition Protocol Ebook.

  • HOW LONG ARE THE IN PERSON SESSIONS?

    We have 30-minute, 45-minute and 1 hour session options for our face-to-face coaching.

  • DO YOU DO GROUP SESSIONS?

    We provide 1:1 Private sessions, Small group and Large sporting group sessions with our Empower Speed & In Person strength training sessions.
