Track & Field Squad (Ages 10–17)

Training days: Tuesday & Thursday at 4:15PM

Location: QSAC SAF Athletics Track

Our Brisbane Track Squad is led by Performance Lead Ebony Lane, an Olympic athlete and experienced sprint coach.

Each session is structured to develop well-rounded, confident young athletes through:

• Sprint technique & running mechanics

• Acceleration & speed development

• Coordination & agility drills

• Strength foundations (age-appropriate exercises)

• Balance, posture & movement control

• Confidence building in a supportive team environment

We focus on long-term athletic development, building strong movement patterns that transfer into all sports.

Price:
$40 per session

Flexible Options:

• Train one night per week

• Train both nights per week

• Weekly direct debit or 10-week package
